Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all states in Malaysia (West & East Malaysia).
International shipping is available on selected countries.

Delivery Time

West Malaysia: 2 – 4 working days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3 – 7 working days
International: 7 – 14 working days (depending on destination & customs clearance)

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed the same working day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Certain items may have restrictions due to courier or customs regulations.
